Refund Eligibility

• If you're not satisfied with the product, get a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• * Not applicable to Custom Orders
• * Not applicable on orders shipped outside India.
• * Not applicable on Seconds, i.e. Once an order is replaced or exchanged, it cannot be exchanged/ replaced/ returned again. 
• * All purchases made using discount codes or offers, will only be applicable for exchange and replacements.

• To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. 
• Suede items are only eligible for replacements as Suede is prone to catching dust in Indian climate. 
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Ship the return using our provided label or your preferred carrier
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
